MyEventPics helps photographers share event photos with guests. We collect the minimum information needed to run the service.

What we collect

• Account details (name, email) when you sign up.
• Guest registration (email / optional WhatsApp) when you scan an event QR and request notifications.
• Photos and event metadata uploaded by photographers.

How we use it

• To show event details and your matched photos inside the app.
• To notify you in-app (Firebase Cloud Messaging) when event photos are uploaded, if you opt in.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Sharing

We don’t sell personal information. We may use trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., Firebase) to operate the app.

Data retention

We keep data as long as needed to provide the service. You can request account deletion any time.

Visit Delete Account to delete your account and associated data.
